Compliment your in-season schedule of games and practices with Team Training and see a huge difference in the players speed, quickness, strength, movement skills, and conditioning. Keep the team together in the off-season and train as a team one to four times per week with a specialized off-season program. Team Training Programs guarantee to improve your team’s game performance, individual player abilities, decrease the chance of injury, and build team unity and camaraderie. “Twist Conditioning is a key element to our team’s on-field performance and our quest for gold in the 2008 Olympics. The training systems and coaching style has helped our players become stronger, faster, and more durable on the field. Each training session is carefully planned with both team and individual goals in mind. The focus on movement skills, whole body strength and power, balance, and rotary core and stability has provided our players with the physical tools they need to achieve personal and team success.”
“Thanks to Twists’ sports-specific team training program and their coaches, our players are faster, stronger and able to play the sport they love to their maximal potential. Most importantly, the Twist Coaches understand motivation and psychology of performance training. I sincerely believe that the Storm has achieved team and individual success in a large part thanks to Twist Conditioning and their innovative sport specific training.”
