Welcome to the Twist Sport Conditioning Centre Summer Youth Athlete
Conditioning Programs! Twist Conditioning™ is a progressive team,
driven to re-define sport conditioning through knowledge,
innovation, and experience. Building champion athletes and winners in
life is what we do. This Summer we have a wide
range of Sport Conditioning Programs for young athletes from the ages of
8-20 years old and from the beginner to elite
level. Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length and participants
can choose to train 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week, depending on
the Sport Program. Take your game to the next level with Twist’s
elite sport conditioning specialists.
All
Youth Athletes receive 1 week free upon registration to allow time for
Summer Vacation. Sign up for our 10 week summer program and pay for only
9 weeks. Extra classes for other holiday dates may be made up in
alternate classes if space is available.
Cost: Summer Special Pricing
1 session per week = $30 per session x 10 = $300
SPECIAL PRICE = $270
2 sessions per week = $25 per session x 20 = $500
SPECIAL PRICE = $450
3 sessions per week = $20 per session x 30 = $600

This
program is perfect for athletes from a variety of sports, including
lacrosse, football, rugby, baseball, tennis, and others. Players
will train 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week with a focus on developing
the secondary fitness characteristics common in all
multi-directional sports including, speed, agility, reactivity,
balance, rotary power, quickness, and more. |

The
summer high Performance hockey Conditioning Camps are not for
everyone but a summer hockey conditioning program is essential for
performing better on the ice. our hockey-specific youth dryland
program will focus on making you a better skater, shooter, and
checker with specialized drills that focus on linked strength,
rotary power, first step quickness, stride power, skating balance,
and skating speed. Athletes can train once or twice per week. We
will divide groups based on ages and skill levels as required. |

This
popular Spring program combines the similar athletic demands of
these two sports and focuses on the athleticism, energy systems,
speed, agility, and quickness that both demand. |
