Online Examinations and Course Completion Timelines
Online Exam Instructions
The exam should be accessed only once one has completed the course material, and feel that they are prepared to attempt the online exam to achieve their Certificate of Completion for Continuing Education Credits (CECs) and course completion as part of the Twist Sport Conditioning Coach Education Program – Bronze, Silver or Gold Achievement.
Tips to Assist in your Exam Preparation
- Before you attempt the online exam we recommend you review the course DVD/or CD and course workbook/ and or manual to gain a full understanding of the theory behind this training methodology.

Online Exam Format
- The online exam consists of all Multiple Choice Questions
- Use of the Twist Conditioning Workbook is permitted
- Use of the hard copy of the Online Exam found in your course package is recommended to assist in answering the questions online
- A passing grade for the online exam is 80%

How to Access you Online Exam
- Register your home study at http://www.specialtycert.com/registration.htm , use the username printed on the inside cover of this workbook. A password will be emailed to you within 24 business hours
- Log on to the website at http://www.specialtycert.com/exam using the username and password provided to you
- Once logged in your course will appear under “My Courses” in the right hand column of the screen- Click on the course you are wanting to attempt
- Review the course description and then Click on the Online Exam Icon to access your Exam
- Read the Exam instructions carefully
- Begin your Exam
- Complete all questions
- Click SAVE and SUBMIT to send your Exam for grading

Exam Completion
- Successful completion of the online Exam requires a minimum of 80% correct answers
- You will receive confirmation of your exam grade immediately following completion of the exam
- Candidates who achieve a grade of 80% or better will receive their Twist Sport Conditioning Coach Home Study Course Certificate of Completion by email along with their Exam grade within 72 hours of completion.

Exam Rewrites
- Candidates who were not successful in achieving a grade of 80% are eligible to rewrite the Online Exam on a request basis.
- Before attempting the online Exam for a second time, we recommend that you review the content of the Twist Conditioning Home Study Workbook/Manual and the DVD/CD again.
- Contact Twist Conditioning by email at education@twistconditioning.com to complete a rewrite Exam.
