Twist Conditioning specializes in athlete performance and functional fitness education. Our education is presented world wide via conferences, workshops and educational home study programs.

Please attempt to contact Twist Conditioning a minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance to book an event. We will do our best to accommodate educational requests in shorter time frames.

Our Education Team is comprised of a diverse team of Strength and Conditioning Coaches, former Professional Athletes, National, Pro and Olympic level coaching Staff, University Professors, Allied Health Professionals and Physical Educators.

Yes our Educational Home Study courses are accredited with the following organizations; ACE, NSCA, Can-Fit-Pro, CATA, CPTN, SPRA, BCRPA, AFLCA. Our Live events are accredited with the regional organizations in which they are located. If you would like to apply for our education to be accredited with an other educational body we are happy to provide you with an outline, learning objectives, and information on the exam process.
