The Enforcer™ was designed to load resistance on the core and the glute muscles using two patented Smart™ Cords attached to individual foot cuffs. Each cuff has three possible attachment points to accommodate the best line of pull needed during supine, prone, and standing exercises. Rather than endless hi-rep ab exercises, it is crucial to train the core like all other muscle groups by overloading the muscles with Smart™ Cords to build strength and definition.
