Once certified, the Twist Sport Conditioning Coach agrees to pursue continuing education to demonstrate their commitment to continuous update of their coaching competency. Inherent in the Twist Conditioning certification program is a constant search for new information, innovative conditioning tools, successful practical skills and drills to increase the sport conditioning coach toolbox.
As the level of certification credential increases (Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3) the scope of ability for the sport conditioning coach expands along with the type of athlete they are qualified to coach. A greater commitment to education (both theoretical and practical) is required to meet the increased risk that a sport conditioning coach assumes when working with the most talented / dedicated athletes. The standards established to renew the Twist Sport Conditioning Coach credentials increase with the Level of certification attained to demonstrate greater competency.
Renewal Requirements
The Twist Sport Conditioning Coach credentials will be renewed every 2 years Renewal dates are: April 15th, August 15th or December 15th depending on certification completion date.
