Mail:
Complete the Registration form and forward it
with your payment (cheque or credit card).

call 1-888-214-4244 ext. 114 and have your
credit card information ready.
Payment:
Candidates may pay for all course by cheque or money order (payable to "Twist Conditioning Inc.") or by MasterCard or Visa. No postdated cheques. There is a discount for candidates who register more than two weeks prior to the course start date or exam day.
Registration Deadline:
Please submit your registration for a course at least 2 weeks prior to the advertised date to receive the least expensive fee. Class sizes are limited and fill quickly. See your registration form for details.
Cancellation Policy:
The course and exam cancellation policies are clearly outlined on the
program registration form. Be sure to read the policies carefully.
Confirmation of your
registration:
Once your registration has been received, a confirmation of your course dates, times, resources and locations will be sent by Twist Conditioning.

Host Site Registration: Host sites receive a
discounted rate for their staff providing they register prior to two weeks out
from the delivery date. Host site staff must submit by email or fax a list of
staff to verify employment for registration purposes.
