North American Dealer Account Application
Terms & Conditions
Minimum Orders
Minimum Order values are required and are non-negotiable for all wholesale orders. We require dealers to place a minimum 1st order of $350.00. All subsequent orders must be $150.00 or more.
Ordering
All correspondence and communication must be made with our Head Office. All orders must be received in written format via fax, or email in order to be processed. No orders can be taken over the phone. If accounts are left inactive for more than 12 months, they will be reviewed by Twist Conditioning Inc. and subject to termination.
Purchase Orders
Must contain the following information:
- Company & Contact Name
- Bill To and Ship to Address
- Purchase Order Number and Payment Details
- Quantity and Description of Goods Ordered
Twist Conditioning Inc. reserves the right to refuse shipment if the above information is not provided.
Returns and Cancelled Orders
Returns and Cancelled orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancelled orders include any order that has been picked and packed, including orders that have not been shipped out yet, or orders that have been refused by the receiver upon delivery. For orders that have been received, the items must be shipped at the dealer’s expense.
Warranty Claims
If you notice an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and we will send you a return authorization number and return form to include with your shipment back to us. Twist Conditioning will not accept any returns without an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). Orders from the US should be marked Canadian Goods Returning to avoid additional customs charges. Customs fees resulting from returning packages from the US that are not properly marked “Canadian Goods Returning”, will be passed through to the dealer. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item, and either repair, replace, or credit the item. Please ensure that you handle all issues pertaining to manufacturer defects for your customers as it is much simpler (and better customer service) for us to deal directly with you as opposed to each customer individually. The dealer is responsible for the exchange or return of any defective item at the store level. TCI will NOT handle warranty returns directly from your customer, but will reimburse the dealer directly via credit memo, or product in kind.
Processing and Shipping
All wholesale orders require 48 hours to process and pack. Please take this into account when ordering. Large orders (50 units or more) require a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Rush orders may be noted, and can be shipped for an additional shipping and handling charge, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped FOB Vancouver warehouse, unless otherwise specified. Certain special order items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Shipping costs are added to the order at the time of processing, based upon weight. All orders are shipped via Ground Transportation unless otherwise requested. Standard transport time is 1-5 business days depending on distance from FOB Point.
Backorders
All items on back order will be SHIPPED SEPARATELY, unless the dealer requests that the order ship complete. Please notify this on your PO as a “SHIP COMPLETE” order. SECONDARY SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY.
Payment Terms
To simplify the purchasing process, all wholesale orders must be pre-paid with credit card (Visa and MasterCard only), cheque or money order. Please make sure that you provide the correct credit card number and expiry date and that your credit card is cleared to handle your purchase. All declined transactions will be automatically charged a $20 ADMINISTRATION FEE, and the order will be placed at the back of the line and possibly delayed. Wholesale Dealers may apply for credit terms (net 15 days) once account has been established for a minimum of 8 months, and in good standing.
Customs and Brokerage
For US accounts, Twist Conditioning Inc. will absorb all duty costs involved in shipping, but the dealer is responsible for brokerage charges. International accounts are responsible for all costs relating to duty charges and customs and brokerage fees.
Use of Twist Conditioning Inc. Logo and its related media
Twist Conditioning Inc will provide guidelines for the use of the Twist Conditioning logo and images. Any dealer violating the guidelines will be reviewed by Twist Conditioning and subject to termination.
